Keira is an archer peacekeeping commander in Rise of Kingdoms. Keira can be obtained in the event Ceroli Crisis. She is the only commander in Rise Of Kingdoms that has increased skill damage taken in scenario battles. Great commander for destroying barbarians.

Problem is that you can not use universal sculptures on Keira and that is a problem. We will need to wait some time to do real testing of Keira’s performance on the field.
First skill-looks promising. 1000 damage to three targets with decreasing for each additional enemy. Well this is not so bad for epic commander. With Expertise, the first skill will deal bonus 200 damage for 2 seconds.
Second skill-great for free to play players who do not have strong nuking commanders like Minamoto, G.khan, etc. Great bonus damage for Ceroli Crisis and Ian’s Ballads events.
Third skill-Bonus Archer Stats, this makes Keira archer commander. This is great because we need more epic archer commanders in Rise Of Kingdoms.
Fourth Skill-10% chance to increase targets skill damage taken. This can be a huge skill. It needs to be tested.
Because we cant use universal epic sculptures I cant test her. I do not want to tell you oh she is great, best commands, etc. When i get her on max I will do testing. Then we will see how good she is. For now, i can see that Keria has a lot of potentials. So be patient.
