Active Skill

Commander expertise is automatically unlocked once all skills have been upgraded to the maximum level.
This skill increases the number of blessed stacks from three to four. This would increase the second and third skills of Chandragupta. When you attack inside the Alliance territory, Chandragupta and his troops would have a 50% more chance to gain 1 stack of blessed when inside the territory and 2 blessed stacks when outside the territory.

Chandragupta Maurya, nicknamed Moon Guardian, was the founder of the Mauryan Empire in India. Records of Chandragupta’s early life vary with each source. In 324 or 321 BCE, Maurya declared himself king, forming an army which he led to attack the capital city of Pataliputra. Legends claim that he later gave up his empire to become a Jainist monk, eventually dying by committing sallekhana, or fasting followed by self-immolation.Maurya is said to have been taught and advised by Chanakya, an ancient Indian politician, philosopher and economist.
