Charlemagne is by far worst legendary commander in Rise of Kingdoms. Just ignore him like he does not exists. He does not have any filed fighting skills or defending. The only purpose of Charlemagne is to rally city but in that, he is bad too. Avoid Charlemagne as much you can. DO NOT USE UNIVERSAL LEGENDARY SCULPTURES ON HIM!!!!!!!!!!
