Tomyris is a legendary archer commander in Rise of Kingdoms with the Archer, Conquering, and Attack talent tree. The problem with Tomyris is that there is only one good pair for her, and that is Edward. Using Edward as the primary and Tomyris as the secondary with the right talent tree will create a great combo for field fights and rallying objectives.

Tomyris is one of the best legendary archer commander in Rise of Kingdoms. She is a great nuking commander with a unique nuking skill that stacks poison. Tomyris is excellent for attacking buildings and also for field combat. She applies poison to the target, which increases the damage taken from skills. This is great because your alliance members will be able to deal more nuking damage.
This commander is for spenders, so if you are free-to-play, I would advise you to avoid Tomyris. To get maximum damage and value from her, you will need Edward. Instead, check out the ROK tier list for other commanders.
Overall, Tomyris is a great commander for spenders who plan to do a lot of rallies in AOO, KVK, and field battles. Avoid her if you are free-to-play or a small spender.
