Wu Zetian is a commander in Rise of Kingdoms with the Leadership, Garrison, and Support talent tree. Wu Zetian is a type of commander that is good only for pay-to-win players. Her only role is to defend buildings and nothing else. She is a very bad commander for field fights.

I will not talk much about Wu Zetian. She is insanely good for defending, and that is why she is a Tier S commander, but nothing else.

However, I would leave this commander to pay-to-win players. She is not good for field fights, so if you are free-to-play or a small spender, just skip her. There are better commanders where you can invest your legendary sculptures. Only get Wu Zetian if you are planning to defend buildings in AOO and KVK.

Yi Seong Gye

YSG and Wu Zetian will have insane rage regeneration. On top of that, you have a great YSG anti swarm system. Great pair to use in AOO and KVK.

Charles Martel

Charles Martel and Wu Zetia is a full tank combo. It is almost impossible to kill them in objectives. They will not have insane damage but great pair against Attila.

Constantine

Constantine and Wu pair is great to reduce skill damage and to get some healing. Great for AOO.
