In Rise of Kingdoms, Thutmose III is a new legendary archer commander who is a part of the Egypt civilization. He has the Archer, Versatility, and Support talent trees available to him. In new kingdoms, where a large number of players will have Richard, Thutmose III will be an incredibly helpful commander to have. Richard is vulnerable to Thutmose III’s first skill, which lowers Richards’s healing. His other skills are ok.
Should you invest in the Thutmose III?
It is dependent on the kingdom that you are currently playing in. If you are on new servers that investing in Thutmose III will be a good idea so you can counter Richard and you will have to decant legendary commander for archers. For old servers, you should probably wait for Thutmose III testing in order to determine if he is a good investment but probably you will skip him if you are free to play player or player that is not focused on archer troops.
There are many more capable commanders available for you to use. It is in your best interest to hold off until some tests have been completed; after that, you will know without a doubt whether he is worth it or not.

Deals direct damage to up to 3 targets in a forward-facing fan-shaped area (Damage Factor 1000). Damage dealt to each target is reduced by 15% for each additional target. The target also suffers 30% reduced healing for 5 seconds.

Healing Effect Reduction – 10% / 15% / 20% / 25% / 30%
All archer units led by this commander gain 15% increased Attack and 10% March Speed. Troops deal 15% increased damage outside of alliance territory.

Archer units’ Defense is increased by 10% on the map, and each troop attack has a 10% chance of inflicting a debuff to the target, increasing its skill damage taken by 15% for 3 seconds. This effect triggers once every 8 seconds.

Troops led by this commander take 10% less counterattack damage. When attacked, there is a 10% chance to deal skill damage to the target (Damage Factor 700). This effect triggers once every 8 seconds.
