In Rise of Kingdoms, Gang Gamchan is an Legendary cavalry commander. He has the Cavalry, Versatility, and Combo talent tree.

Should you invest in Gang Gamchan?

Gang Gamchan is a commander that deals a lot of single-target damage. Many players do not like him because of that, since they are used to AOE damage skills that they can use in open fields. He is good, but you can skip him if you do not like single-target damage. If you have Achilles, then you should get Gang Gamchan, because they work great together as a pairing.

There will probably be more commanders in Rise of Kingdoms that will work well with Gang Gamchan, so it might be best to wait for their release before you invest in him.

  • Massive sustain engine
  • Tank stats
  • High normal/combo damage amplification
  • Strong debuffing
  • Great synergy with all combo-based kits
  • No AoE of his own
  • Healing can bait over-staying

Gang Gamchan haves same talent build like Achilles and Arthur.

Gang Gamchan Pairings

Achilles is the best commander that you can pair with Gang Gamchan. The reason is that Achilles’ AOE combo triggers Gang Gamchan’s healing. Also, Gang Gamchan provides all the tank stats that Achilles lacks a lot. You cannot go wrong with this pairing.

Pairing Gang Gamchan with King Arthur Icon 1Arthur is great, but not as good as pairing Gang Gamchan with Achilles. The reason is that Gang Gamchan with Achilles has more AOE damage and survivability. So go with Gang Gamchan and Arthur only if you do not have Achilles available.
