Qin Shi Huang is an archer commander in Rise of Kingdoms with an archer, versatile, and skill talent tree. What is great about Qin Shi Huang is that it is designed specifically for open field fighting. He is a unique commander that is consuming rage to do AOE damage, which is ideal for open field fighting. On top of that, he is bringing a lot of defense and health, which is a big problem for other archer commanders.
Should you invest in Qin Shi Huang?
Yes, you should invest in Qin Shi Huang no matter if you are free-to-play or pay-to-win player. The reason why you should invest in him as a free-to-play player, especially if your main focus is archer units, is because he is designed for open field with a lot of AOE damage, which is crucial. You will use him all the time, and you can create some great pairings with him. Even if your main focus is not archers, it is 100% worth having someone like Qin Shi Huang in your troop formation that can output a lot of AOE damage.
