Yi Sun-Sin is a legendary infantry commander in Rise of Kingdoms with Leadership, Garrison, and Defense talent trees. He can only be used in kingdoms that have been open for more than 310 days.
Yi Sun-Sin is one of the great commanders hailing from Korea. He is one of the best defensive commanders in Rise of Kingdoms and an expert city defender. You can unlock Yi Sun-Sin when the kingdom is 310 days old. The only way to gather Yi Sun-Sin’s sculptures is by rolling the Wheel of Fortune in Rise of Kingdoms.

Wu Zetian is considered one of the greatest defenders in Rise of Kingdoms. One of her main abilities is dealing with rally armies, where Yi Sun-Sin has limitations. Together, they make a perfect combination.
Theodora is similar to Wu Zetian, but her key difference is the ability to deal damage to multiple enemies. Pairing her with Yi Sun-Sin allows you to target multiple enemies effectively.

Field Battles: Deals direct damage to the target (Damage Factor 1000). Garrison: Deals damage to up to 3 targets in a fan-shaped area (Damage Factor 600), but each target receives 15% less damage per additional target struck. In field battles and garrison battles, damage dealt also reduces target movement speed by 10% for 3 seconds.

This skill deals damage to three targets if they are in a fan-shaped area. The damage decreases by 15% for each next target. The target’s speed can also be reduced by 30% if the skill is maxed out for 3 seconds.
This is a destructive skill that can deal a great amount of damage i.e. 2000 damage factor (maxed out) when Yi Sun-sin is fighting. When playing as a Garrison Commander, it has less damage but still, it can hit 3 targets with a reduction of 15% for each follow-up attack to the next target.

With this skill, the troops of Yi Sun-sin have a chance to have a 10% increase in their attack and defense for the next three seconds. This happens when you are using him as a Garrison Commander or fighting in the Alliance territory. At max level, this skill gives a 10% chance to increase the attack by 15% for a few seconds and increases their defense by 20% for a few seconds.

This even casts a protective shield for his troops which reduces troops’ loss.
