Yi Sun-sin is one of the great commanders who hails from Korea. He is one of the best defensive commanders in Rise of Kingdom. He is an expert city defender.

With his abilities, he can control a mixed army and not one type of troop. His skills help him defend the city with fewer troops’ loss and any invader would have a hard time invading the city.

You can unlock Yi Sun-sin when the kingdom becomes 310 days old. There is only one way to gather Yi Sun-sin’s sculptures and that is to roll in the Wheel of Fortune.

Duke of Loyalty and Warfare

Active Skill

Rage Requirement: 1000
Field Battles: Deals direct damage to the target (Damage Factor 1000). Garrison: Deals damage to up to 3 targets in a fan-shaped area (Damage Factor 600), but each target receives 15% less damage per additional target struck. In field battles and garrison battles, damage dealt also reduces target movement speed by 10% for 3 seconds.

Upgrade Preview:
Direct Damage Factor (Field Battles): 1000 / 1200 / 1400 / 1700 / 2000
March Speed Reduction: 10% / 15% / 20% /25% / 30%
Direct Damage Factor (Garrison): 600 / 800 1000 / 1200 / 1400

This skill deals damage to three targets if they are in a fan-shaped area. The damage decreases by 15% for each next target. The target’s speed can also be reduced by 30% if the skill is maxed out for 3 seconds.

This is a destructive skill that can deal a great amount of damage i.e. 2000 damage factor (maxed out) when Yi Sun-sin is fighting. When playing as a Garrison Commander, it has less damage but still, it can hit 3 targets with a reduction of 15% for each follow-up attack to the next target.

Passive Skill
Normal attacks have a 10% chance of increasing your defense by 5%, and all damage by 5% for 3 seconds when this commander is fighting within your Alliance territory or serving as garrison commander at a stronghold.

Defense Bonus: 5% / 8% / 11 % / 15 %/ 20%
Damage Bonus: 5% / 7% / 9% / 12%/ 15%

With this skill, the troops of Yi Sun-sin have a chance to have a 10% increase in their attack and defense for the next three seconds. This happens when you are using him as a Garrison Commander or fighting in the Alliance territory. At max level, this skill gives a 10% chance to increase the attack by 15% for a few seconds and increases their defense by 20% for a few seconds.


Passive Skill
Increases troop defense by 10%. Increases troop damage by 5% when troop units under your command drops below 50%.

The troops of Yi Sun-sin get bonus defense and damage when their strength falls below 50%. This skill increases the troop’s defense by 30% and damage by 20% when the health of the army drops below 50%.

Passive Skill
Increases attack of garrison troops by 5% when this commander is serving as garrison commander. Gains a 10% chance of receiving a shield (Damage Factor 300) plus 100/0 more counterattack damage for next 3 seconds when attacked.

As the Garrison Commander, Yi Sun-Sin’s troops get extra damage. This skill also gives him a chance to cast a protective shield and also a 10% increase in counterattacks against the targets. This is a must-have skill if you want Yi Sun-Sin to protect your city as this skill increases the damage attack and also the counterattack damage. This even casts a protective shield for his troops which reduces troops’ loss.

She is like Wu Zetian but the only difference is that she can deal damage to multiple enemies. You can team her with Yi Sun-Sin to deal damage to multiple enemies.
